It was a reoccurring dream that stopped once he was born and I decided to make my dream a reality. He gave me strength to listen to my gut and I have not stopped since. From door knocking for local political candidates when I was 17, to working with underprivileged schools for six years, getting my master's degree in Urban Planning from Wayne State University, advocating for a quality transit system, and recruiting talent for the city during the great recession.
